Smaller orders ship via UPS Sure Post which is an efficient way to have candy delivered to a residence. More often than not, there is not an issue with time in transit.
As of March 26, 2020, if you opt for Expedited Services such as UPS 3 DAY or faster, there is a strong chance your order will arrive when scheduled BUT United Parcel Service will not guarantee time in transit and we are not able to issue refunds for orders not delivered when anticipated. If you need products by a specific date, we strongly encourage you to order earlier than you normally would.
If an order cannot be delivered because the location is closed and the product is returned, you will be liable for shipping in both directions. **
We are no longer permitted to accept returns of any product unless an incorrect product has been received. This is due to health and insurance regulations and we are not able to make exceptions.

Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local and national government entities regarding applicable regulations. Please check to see if your recipient’s location is open, since business hours may have changed due to local restrictions. If the location is closed, we will hold the shipment and attempt to complete the delivery at a later date, if the receiving location has indicated to UPS that it will re-open within 9 days. However, if the location is closed indefinitely, UPS will return the package to the sender. **
