NECCO went bankrupt in 2018; Clark Bars were one of the casualties, along with other beloved candies such as Slap Stix Suckers and Squirrel Nut Zippers.
The loss of this beloved candy bar was especially hard for us as it was for consumers who loved this iconic candy bar.
We had been selling Clark Bars since they were first available to the public, and they were invented a few blocks from our candy warehouse.
They were gone, but surely not forgotten!
In 2020, Boyer Candy Company reintroduced the Clark Bar, albeit one with a different formula. It had the same great taste but with a harder center!
While the candy bar is back, it is available in minimal quantities. It is difficult to manufacture, and they can't produce enough to supply the demand.
When it is back in stock on CandyFavorites.com, it literally sells out immediately!
