Like Candy Canes, Old Fashioned Candy Sticks are some of the most beautiful and delicious, but also some of the most delicate products we sell and even the manufacturer states that breakage is likely if only because of the fragile nature of the product.
As candy sticks are individually wrapped, slight breakage or cracking doesn’t detract from the delicious taste, and, in our humble opinion, the product still looks attractive. If a cracked candy stick is something that would prevent you from enjoying or using the product, we suggest the following:
- Please consider expedited shipping of UPS Ground or faster. The quicker the time in transit, the less handling, and thus less opportunity for damage.
- Please purchase a protective thermo case as this provides additional padding and insulation. If you do buy a protective case, we will gladly reimburse for any individual damaged pieces.
A cracked candy stick may not be perfect, but we believe that the best transactions occur when everyone has the same expectations and are provided with options to safeguard their product best.
