The santa marshmallows were awful and I couldn't give them all away to people at bingo, so will give them to a shelter. The marshmallow part were tough, not soft like a mallow and the chocolate wasn't tasty at all. I will never spend that kind of money on something so bad.

I never received this order, got the raspberry candy and am happy with them but am very disappointed that the chocolate filled candy must have gotten lost.
This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
