I called to confirm the mix before placing my order and was informed that they had it and I had nothing to worry about. We did not receive the correct mix that we ordered. It was missing Reese's and Hershey kisses like the description stated. I was very upset at this and was informed that we would receive a partial refund. It has been 3 weeks and we still have yet to receive the refund and no one is responding to me when I contact them. I was originally impressed with the customer service as they were responsive, I even spoke with the President and he stated that I would get a refund. I am now very unhappy with this company as it seems they like to seem like they have good customer service but in reality they just say and promise you things to get you off the phone.

The fault is mine and I totally apologize. A credit is certainly due and will be issued immediately. As I had to override the system for the credit, I did it manually and it ended up not getting proceesed. I will see that this is resolved today and, again, I apologize for delay. Best,Jon

I ordered sugarless Bubbleyum because it was advertised that you sell it ... What was delivered to me was NOT sugarless Bubbleyum but was ORIGINAL BUBBLEYUM that I did NOT order ... I ordered SUGARLESS BUBBLEYUM and NOT original Bubbleyum for a reason. I was/am very disappointed. I sent email to customer service and got no response. Thank you anyway.
Hi Rebecca, we're sorry you didn't reach out to us with this issue before leaving a review. If you had, we'd have been able to explain to you that we do not carry sugarless Bubble Yum. And have not done for some many years. In fact, when looking at your order, it appears that you did order the Original Bubble Yum; a confirmation email with this information for your records at the time of your purchase on October 29th.
These candies are not the same as the ones that I ordered last time: the wrapper does not have sugar free printed on them, look totally different, same kind of box is about all. Candy not in sugar free wrappers tend to melt at any temp., anyplace, become extremely "STICKY", so when I pay $55,50 for 5#s I expect to get the same kind as before. I am so disappointed, sorry
