What I expected
Perfect mint with a hint of spice. The grandkids aren't too keen on them...but thats a good thing!

in my youth i liked sour candies,,sweet tarts was a favorite, then i really enjoyed sour balls. but hadnt seen them in a while.untill i came across candyfavorites.com thought id see what i could find. Sour balls i found,and ordered and got them,. and have them over several places in my home. brought back my younger day memories. thanks. another favorite, i ,used to enjoy was at the sears candy store.. chocolate stars,,by BRACHS but it seems they arent around anymore,but my sour balls filled those yester years times

As for the Chocolate Stars, of, for that matter, anything from Brachs, they were discontinued several years ago much to the sadness of candy lovers! The picture showed the white lettering typical of Primrose, and It came up on the Primrose filter. But, it has blue lettering, and came from Argentina(If my memory is correct). That said, I do like them anyway, and the quality seems as good as what I get from Primrose. I will probably buy them again if available. The problem is, how would one know what they are getting?
I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.
