Now and Laters has been a customer favorite – and a dentist’s too - for close to 60 years since they first arrived in our warehouse in the early 1960s. The concept behind the brand was that you could enjoy some fruit chews “NOW” and save a few for “LATER.” Yes, a bigger version of the “long-lasting chew” may allow for you to save a few for “later,” but, alas, only time will tell.
A famous architect once said, “less is more,” but if you love standard-sized Now & Laters, you may beg to disagree. Not only are Now & Later “Giant Chewy” Mixed Fruit Chews substantially larger, but the assortment includes Watermelon, which is not available in the standard mix.

Great old skool candy
I purchased these because I made old skool candy bags for my daughter 2nd birthday party. These candies were one of my favorites growing up as a child and everyone loved them. Best choice ever!

Better flavor than the pre-packaged stuff you get at the store. The light shell surrounding the burst of great, soft flavor is just right. No breaking teeth to bite into one.

Seems it had been on the shelf for years not fresh
We are sorry the licorice didn't meet our expectations or taste as you recall. There was a product called Delfa Rolls, long discontinued, that was softer, but these are harder in consistency. The product is factory fresh and well within the manufacturer's expiration date, which was checked prior to your package being shipped. Hope this explains why it might tatse idfferent than you recall and we cetainly appreciate your understanding.
Licorice all sorts, no licorice taste, must be old stock. Very unhappy with this product.

Here's the irony - they are not old stock - we would never sell a product that is less than 100 percent factory fresh - but they are from a different vendor and the consistency is different from the originals that we got from Europe. Some like them and others don't but please know that we are aware of the issues with the taste difference and will address this accordingly. Thaks for your patience and for sharing your honest opinion.

I Snaps by the POUND!!!
I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.
