I've enjoyed these whacky candies for some time now. I'm giving a Captain Underpants program at the library where I work and these will be perfect parting gifts.

I bought these for my nephew. It was a huge hit. He loved it. The suckers are the plungers & the bowl is filled with dipping powder. Any young child will get a huge kick out of these. I am going to get some more for Christmas stocking stuffers for the guys in the family.
