Purchasing these twists were a long shot....had no idea if the taste/flavor was the same as a licorice I use to purchase at Sprouts Market. It is actually better tasting!

I used to buy this candy when I was a youngster in the 1950's and 60's.
I tried all the new licorice but never could find that unique flavor of the original red licorice.
