This the first time it has come late. Received order at 8:17 PM. It went out at 12:39PM that afternoon, being one day late. Product was hot both ice packs hot! Had they delivered it earlier it would have been easier to save.
Will wait till fall before I order again, FEDEX is always a day delayed.

I never received this order, got the raspberry candy and am happy with them but am very disappointed that the chocolate filled candy must have gotten lost.
This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
