We certainly apologize if the gum you received did not meet your expectations but all products are inpsected prior to release to ensure that they are in perfect condition and not expired. Gum - and many other candies - will become harder or softer depending on variables such as temperature or humidity. It's a bit annoying but it is not a sign of defect.

Chicklets
They were not the original recipe. Taste is not same.
Chiclets were disocntinued a few years ago and while these are similar in color and shape, they are a different item!

I Snaps by the POUND!!!
I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.

With decent weather on Halloween, wanted to make sure I had plenty of candy to give away. Delivery was on time and kept me out of the stores buying old candy that had been on the shelves since Labor Day.
I ordered 4 bogs of the missed nougat’s for one reason!!! The cinnamon flavor!
I was disappointed that there was such an uneven distribution of flavors with the majority being peppermint and the least being cinnamon! The last bag I opened only had 4 pieces of cinnamon candy 🥲
The price is really increased during holidays…so I will have to forego this delicious treat next year. I would love to purchase a bag of just the cinnamon nougats….theyre really delicious!

We agree! We searched far and wide for a cost-effective package protection plan, and Route was our top choice! The pricing is a value, all the more so as it offers 100 percent protection if a package is lost or stolen or if your candy melts. What a delightful treat ! Roasted coffee beans covered in three colors of delicious chocolate. I haven’t had these in years ! These bring back fond childhood memories of long long ago. Try them !
