Delivery took 8 days from date of order, too slow. French Burnt Peanuts are stale. Waste of money. The fudge is yummy.
We apologize that your transaction did not meet your satisfaction. I researched your order and the French Burnt Peanuts were, literally, made last month and are well within the manufacturer's code date. Was the rest of your order intact?
I would NEVER order from this place again!! I ordered Brach's malt balls initially and it came in one unmarked bag (5lbs) and one big melted mess. I sent a review and they gave me $15 off next order, so I ordered this fudge. I paid for 3 day delivery, as they recommend all these upgrade shipping charges so you don't get melted candy - what a joke! I got it in 6 days after their email of shipment!
I wrote to let them know and got an email telling me they are sorry but I should have ordered overnight to prevent this; approx $45!! I will say the fudge was good after refrigerating, but can be ordered directly from Pennsylvania Fudge Co. I found a bunch of candy wholesale places online and NONE of them have disclaimers all over their website, as candy favorites does, and with better prices and not a lot of shipping upgrades. If you are going to sell candy, you should know how to ship it properly & not have disclaimers everywhere trying to make you upgrade shipping!! I paid $13 in shipping on malt balls which were awful, and $16 on $19.99 fudge!!!!!!!!!! Find another candy place to order from!!!!!!!!!!!!
My family always made Penuche as a special treat. The penuche we received from you was excellent---so soft and creamy. It brought back such good memories eating it. I hope you continue to make this fudge because it is very hard to find around this area. Loved it and would purchase it again.

The peppermint candy stick are fantastic! Upon arrival at least 1/4 to 1/3 of the sticks had 1 or 2 breaks. This high number of broken sticks was disappointing. This is my 2nd shipment. The first was in the same condition. Love these peppermint sticks. I wish they could arrive in better condition.

I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.

Couldn’t find these gems in any local store to me so I ordered 5 pounds they were fresh, taste was perfect and they arrived a day early!!!
With decent weather on Halloween, wanted to make sure I had plenty of candy to give away. Delivery was on time and kept me out of the stores buying old candy that had been on the shelves since Labor Day.
