The products I received were in good condition. The item you ask about was not sent (refund sent) but there is no indication on your website that it is not available. This is NOT unusual for your company. I rarely get everything I order. Inventory is not up-to-date on the website and I realize this can be very difficult to do. That said, it is somewhat frustrating since it seems to be THE one item I wanted most, i.e., the Halloween Kabobs.
Hi Ken, I appreciate your feedback and understanding. We do use a rolling inventory that is updated daily but the issue, especially per seasonal candy, is that the quantities are limited and one large can wipe out a product and depending on time of day, the product will continue to appear until the end of day. Package came with severe damage
Hello,
This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
