Ordered 21 boxes of Jelly Belly and did not receive notice that product was out of stock. I had to call to find out where my order was and pay an additional 65$ to ship priority to receive before Christmas. Customer service was very nice and I spoke with real people, but customer online ordering needs improved.
Please accepy our apologies that your order didn't go as smoothly as expected. This holiday season had many challenges with the biggest being coordinating supply chain issues. Jelly Belly jelly beans are intensely delicious and worth the extra money that it costs if only because they are the best!

The most expensive candy on my order and also the most fragile. They were all just thrown in there amongst the other candy and some Styrofoam peanuts.
Each bag was actually packed into a separate,labeled box within the main box.
They were just thrown into the box along with the other things I ordered. They weren't packaged like they were the last time I ordered them, all organized in one separate package in the box.
