The box was pretty beat-up and it was put in the snow, however the contents were not damaged so I guess it’s ok.
Saly, there is not much we can do once a package leaves our warehouse but all packages are inspected prior to make sure they are in perfect condition. Route is always a wise choice as it has your covered if anything goes wrong!
Still have yet to receive purchase that I paid extra to get early.
Hi, we're sorry your took some time to reach you. Our ship out times are 3-5 business days as most businesses' are. Your order was placed at the end of business on the 14th (Friday) and shipped out on the 17th (Monday -- our first day back from the weekend). You did not, in fact, choose Rush Processing (that's where you pay extra for us to Rush it out the door). But, yes, you did pay for FedEx Ground Shipping. We attempted to ship it out as a 2-Day ship, which is an upgrade of the shipping you chose. Which you'll be able to see now that your package was delivered (around the time of your posting this, according to FedEx) Ground had a 'G' on the label and 2-Day express has an 'E'. We are uncertain why this package took more time to reach you. However, at all time, you could have kept an eye on it with the tracking link that was sent to you. If you wish to reach out to FedEx to ask them why the delay, you are most welcome to. In the meantime, Have a wonderful day and please enjoy your Anise Squares.
this 5lb. bag was not as good as our last two,,, the bag was not tied and jawbreakers spilled in the box, but not only that, some of them had a nasty taste to them ,,,we previously bought from grandpa joes but we were getting nasty ones ... after research we tried candy favorites and it was good, but this time they were not so great!
We greatly appreciate your feedback and are grateful you chose CandyFavorites.com! The Jawbrekers you got came directly from the manufacturer and were as fresh as could be. The original Jawbreakers were discontinued a year or so ago much to the sadness of candy lovers and the replacements which you received are good but they are different if only in terms of consistency. Please accept our apoliges about the bag becoming untied. All of our bulk candy is hand packed to ensure freshness and please let us know if this happens again.

We agree! We searched far and wide for a cost-effective package protection plan, and Route was our top choice! The pricing is a value, all the more so as it offers 100 percent protection if a package is lost or stolen or if your candy melts. Shipping candy is a challenge, especially in warmer weather areas, and while we do everything possible to ensure it arrives safely, Route goes the extra mile and protects you in the rare event that it doesn't. The peppermint candy stick are fantastic! Upon arrival at least 1/4 to 1/3 of the sticks had 1 or 2 breaks. This high number of broken sticks was disappointing. This is my 2nd shipment. The first was in the same condition. Love these peppermint sticks. I wish they could arrive in better condition.

I love the anise squares that I just purchased, they are flavorful. Squares are consistent with a good pricing. I have tasted many anise squares but these are my favorite so far. Excellent flavor!

I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.

Couldn’t find these gems in any local store to me so I ordered 5 pounds they were fresh, taste was perfect and they arrived a day early!!!
With decent weather on Halloween, wanted to make sure I had plenty of candy to give away. Delivery was on time and kept me out of the stores buying old candy that had been on the shelves since Labor Day.
