Ask your parents or grandparents or anyone born in the 1950s if they remember Wax Bottles, also known as Nik N Nips. It seems like this unique treat has been around forever, and it is one of the few candies that hasn't changed.
Created as a juice-based snack in the 1950s, Wax Bottles soon found their way to candy counters here and abroad. Yes, they are deserving of the title of "classic," and, yes, the wax is edible.

[message]The candy at Candyfavorites.com is outstanding but the weather patterns can be confusing and harsh from region to region in the United States, let alone other areas of the world. My thought is to protect your purchase with Hot Weather and Fragile Protection ...it works for us in NC.
Trick-o-treaters love cotton candy!
We are very pleased with our purchase of Brach's Indian Corn. It is only available during this time of the year & it disappears quickly off the shelves in stores. That's why I order this from CandyFavorites.com. Brach's Indian corn is available even when the stores run out, but don't wait too long to place your order! The 3 pound bag arrived in a box packaged to keep it cold & fresh, so there was no melting of the candy due to warmer temperatures. We like to mix our Indian Corn with dry roasted peanuts, it tastes a lot like Baby Ruths!
