bought these to put into home made gingerbread ornaments for kids at my church. Kids always love M&M's and my great, great nieces enjoyed some that were left.
The quality of the food was obviously great. They offer a fantastic selection and I was excited to use them for my order. My enthusiasm was quickly squashed as my order did not arrive on the expected date. The online ordering process was not clear about when orders needed to be received in order to ship the day the order was placed. It was not until two days later that I received an email letting me know my order was scheduled to ship that I became aware of the issue. You see, I had paid for expedited 2day shipping and on the day I was expecting to receive the order I find out it was just shipping. When I contacted CandyFavorites they were not willing to work with me claiming that their shipping deadline was clearly stated on the website as 4pm EST (I had placed my order at 3:30 CST...you can see the problem). While on the phone with them I walked through a "mock" order and scoured the ordering process for this information...which I did not find. When I stated this to them, because they were still on the phone with me, I was pushed off as ignorant. I did receive an email from the president of the company, but he just confirmed that I had missed the shipping deadline. I am really disappointed with the customer service. I understand that I missed the deadline, but would have at least expected them to say they would look into updating the ordering process so this sort of thing would happen again to someone else, but that wasn't the case. I was just another number to them...sad, because their selection is great. I will not be ordering from them in the future until they are willing to listen to their customers.
Everything Wonderful...Fresh always, Deliver Quick. The only think was the order was large & in one bag would have liked in two bags. Recommend to everyone...Thank you Always
