I placed an order for 3 boxes of flip phone pops and paid a premium to have those items rush shipped. When I received the order, only one box of flip phone pops was inside. Included in the order was my invoice with the full order (3 boxes) and full charge plus rush shipping ($72.94). I called customer service to ask when the rest of the order would arrive as the event I needed them for was the following day. The woman told me that there was a limit of one box per customer and pointed me towards that wording on the website. As a customer, you can only see that note if you scroll all the way down through the description, which I hadn't thought to do as I saw the product I wanted and didn't need to read the description. I asked why I hadn't been alerted that my order was canceled or compromised by this limit during the buying experience. She didn't know but offered to email me the updated invoice. I asked why the website didn't put a stop to ordering more than 1 box so that the customer wouldn't be under the assumption that their whole order went through. Again, she didn't know but mentioned that I wasn't the only customer this had happened to. I asked how I could return the one box of pops as they wouldn't do me any good and I had paid a premium for them. Again, she couldn't help because they don't offer refunds. Overall, I'm really unhappy with this company and the event I was using these for will be compromised because of this poor customer service. I will not be ordering from them again as they are unreliable and unwilling to correct a wrong.
Everything Wonderful...Fresh always, Deliver Quick. The only think was the order was large & in one bag would have liked in two bags. Recommend to everyone...Thank you Always
