They are literally the best - a perfect combination of spicy, salty, and a tinge of sweetness. I’ve found that usually jalapeño chips just taste like sour cream & onion, but not these. They taste like salty, spicy, yummy jalapeño goodness. Oh, plus it seems that Candy Favorites is the only place available to buy them online. Sure, they are expensive this way, but when you’re desperate enough for the perfect chip it’s totally worth it. Package came with severe damage

This is an insurance and if your package came severely damaged, you may be able to file a claim. You need to go to the email you would have received from Route Protection when you placed the order and follow claim instructions. They usually request a photo or two but it's fairly simple to do and we highly recommend you do so.
