Slow ahipping and wrong tracking number. Ordered a week ago, paid 2 day shipping, maybe dad gets it a week later. Who knows.

The box it was shipped in was destroyed by UPS. The candy seems to be all right.

Hi, we're sorry your took some time to reach you. Our ship out times are 3-5 business days as most businesses' are. Your order was placed at the end of business on the 14th (Friday) and shipped out on the 17th (Monday -- our first day back from the weekend). You did not, in fact, choose Rush Processing (that's where you pay extra for us to Rush it out the door). But, yes, you did pay for FedEx Ground Shipping. We attempted to ship it out as a 2-Day ship, which is an upgrade of the shipping you chose. Which you'll be able to see now that your package was delivered (around the time of your posting this, according to FedEx) Ground had a 'G' on the label and 2-Day express has an 'E'. We are uncertain why this package took more time to reach you. However, at all time, you could have kept an eye on it with the tracking link that was sent to you. If you wish to reach out to FedEx to ask them why the delay, you are most welcome to. In the meantime, Have a wonderful day and please enjoy your Anise Squares.
These mints are great but i was hoping for more cinnamon flavor. It's a whole lot of peppermint. I'll shop for more cinnamon candy. Thank oyu.

I am very disappointed with the jelly belly’s. They are small hard to eat and hard to chew I won’t order them again it’s going to take forever to use them. I will go back to spice drops if I ever get rid of these jelly

We're very sorry to hear that you never received your product. We are a little curious on why you didn't reach out to us when the product was shown as delivered on Wednesday, Feb 19th via the FedEx tracking. We would, of course, be happy to help with such matters via the FedEx claim portal for misdelivery/lost delivery. Or perhaps we can send you a picture of where the item was delivered to within the delivery address as it appears, according to FedEx, to have been delivered at 9:50 am at your garage. The picture FedEx posted on the tracking shows it is by a Lasko paper box and a large package of paper towels, sitting on a bin that's covered with a bag.

I Snaps by the POUND!!!
I saw I could order Snaps after a lifetime drought. I order 6#,s, and ate em all. I saw a problem forming so I ordered 9# of Snaps in 12 oz packs. Still . I wanted sealed Snaps for the long haul. So I ordered another 6# bag … and ate it. The pandemic hits and I salivate over my sealed 12 oz bags. Then I ate em. A year later I found Snpas online. The were not cheap. I bought 4 12 oz bags. Opened the last one yesterday.
