Therefore, unless specifically requested, we do not require a delivery signature unless the order exceeds $500.00.
All merchandise ships from a warehouse that contains products that have been in contact with dairy, nuts, and byproducts, and merchandise may be repackaged or delivered in boxes that may not reflect the contents.
How long does it take for an order to be processed?

We can only guarantee a delivery date if an expedited shipping option is chosen. We cannot issue a credit or accept returns on orders that do not arrive when anticipated if this option is not selected.

Most orders ship within three business days from the order's receipt. If your order is shipping via Flat Rate Service or is included in our Free Shipping promotion and you need timely delivery, in that case, we encourage you to choose Rush Service and consider upgrading to a faster shipping option. You can also inform us by email or note during the checkout process.
- If you purchase an Expedited or Rush Service option, your order will ship the day it is received unless it is received after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
- It's important to note that while Rush Service ensures your order is shipped the day it is received, it does not affect the time it takes for your order to reach you once it's in transit.
Why is shipping expensive?
- At our company, we prioritize your satisfaction over profit. Unlike many others, we don't use shipping as a 'profit center 'because we value your experience with us.

Unlike other wholesalers that won't let you place an order unless you buy a certain amount, we'll let you buy as many - or as few - products as you want. However, the tradeoff for the convenience of ordering just one product is that we have to pass on the shipping cost to the customer. So, if you need one box of candy that you can get at the corner store, we might not be the best store for you. But if you need sweets, you can get them at the corner store in bulk, in addition to hard-to-find candies, or as part of a candy buffet; we are the best deal.

- Orders over $149.95 qualify for free delivery, and this is the most cost-effective way to purchase.
- All other orders shipping to the 48 contiguous US states qualify for our economy flat rate of only $10.95.
Do you backorder out-of-stock products?

Although we try to fulfill orders with all products ordered, with thousands of candies in our warehouse, we will inevitably need more individual items for short periods. It is frustrating, but it is part of post-pandemic life!

If a product is out of stock and you qualify for FREE SHIPPING, we will ship the balance of your order, and you will not be responsible for the shipping cost.
- If you choose Expedited Shipping, we will contact you if a product is unavailable.
- Please be aware that we do not place backorders for items that are out of stock. Should you decide to place a reorder, be mindful that shipping costs will apply if the order total falls short of the qualifying amount for our current promotion.

We do not notify customers unless 50 percent or more of the products are out of stock, unless the order qualifies for Concierge Service or unless Expedited Shipping has been chosen.

Do you ship overseas?
- Overseas shipping tends to be expensive; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in perfect condition.
- We do offer shipping to Canada and other countries via Zonos, and they calculate all costs incurred when you place your order online,
- It's important to note that when your package goes through Customs, there may be duties or tariffs assessed. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for these additional costs.
SHIPPING TO APO ADDRESSES:
- Our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces is unwavering, yet we must acknowledge that tracking and calculating transit times for shipments to APO or FPO addresses is not within our current capabilities.
- All APO or FPO orders are shipped at the risk of the purchaser. Should questions arise, we encourage you to contact the US Postal Service.
- We are committed to providing you with the most up-to-date shipping information. Please note, while we take great care in handling your products, we are not liable for any damage incurred during transport or for undelivered items.
Third-Party Delivery:
- We do offer shipping to third-party locations, but it's important to double-check the address details you provide. The shipping carrier might impose a fee for any inaccuracies. Also, be aware that if the address is incorrect, there could be a $20 charge for which the purchaser is liable.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs if a third party rejects the candy shipment or if the merchandise cannot be delivered because the carrier deems the receiver unavailable.
Issues related to delivery:
- Our policy does not allow for credit or refunds in cases where a package is stolen or lost. In such events, it is the purchaser's responsibility to file a claim with the relevant legal authorities.
- Should a delivery be refused without prior authorization, the buyer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee, the original shipping charge, and any costs related to returning the product to our warehouse.
- For peace of mind, we suggest sending packages to places where they'll be under lock and key. And if you're craving that extra touch of security, give us a shout for Signature Required Delivery—it's just an extra $10 per package - or opt for Route Protection Package insurance!
Damages caused by inclement weather:

Shipping fragile items:
- Some sweets, like candy canes, vintage candy sticks, and fragile candies such as M&M's, are quite sensitive and might not survive the journey.
- We cannot offer replacements or credits for any damages that occur in transit unless Route Package Protection has been purchased.
